Today sucked. Hard. I don't even know why, but I was angry/semi-depressed the whole time, but Spanish made it worse.
History: We did this thing.. who cares.
Gym: I did 18 sit ups and half of a push up. That's right, half. Then we did this thing where you ran back and fourth, I made it to the second part and then quit. Yeah I'm just a BIT out of shape.
Spanish: I hate Spanish, I really do. I mean the class, the language is pretty easy. He spent an hour and 15 minutes on something I got the first time he said it. I really should have taken advanced placement. Then he talked like a crazy person some more. It wasn't even entertaining, just monotonous. That class is inhumane.
Math: This is definitely my favorite class so far. We played a game mostly, and spent like ten minutes on math out of the whole 88. Then he rapped that "This is How We Do It" song with changed lyrics, it was funny.
After school I went up to Oakmont to visit. My kindergarten teacher didn't recognize me, and I don't think my seminar teacher did either. Mrs. Kintsley was there though, and she knew who I was.
Hmm, should I get a new journal? I've had this one since around November of last year, maybe it's time for a change. Maybe not though. Eh.

Today was the second day of school, incase you didn't know that.
History: We did this name game thing. I was "Karismatic Kathryn". Yeah it was boring.
Health: I went to room 205 instead of room 261. That was annoying. We did this thing where you got a card with a word on it, and then you find the person whose word corresponds with yours. I got nicotine, and Casey McMonagle got cigarettes, so we were partners. We had to interview each other, it was annoying. Oh well, she's nice I guess.
Spanish: He said how sometimes in (insert greasy country here) they go to "Tapas bars". We thought he said "Topless bars", so that made it a bit more interesting.
Math: We built towers out of Starbursts. Yeah.

First day of school man. It was actually okay, nothing particularly bad happened. Yeah, I'm back to this:
Homeroom: We were in home room for like three hours. It was boring. My table is some girl I don't know, Emma Russell, and Kim Nyugen. Kim was talking to me sort of, I was like... exactly why are you talking to me? She kept pulling up her shirt to show her belly button ring. Then we went down to the cafeteria for pictures. I talked to Hilary mostly. It was boring, we were standing there for half an hour. Then Anna Schenkel kept telling me how lucky I am to have an eyebrow piercing, and how she wants one so bad. She dyed her hair pink, but not all of it. It looks bad. OK, enough of homeroom.
History: Leah Stiglin kept making fun of the teacher. It was mean.
Gym: We don't have to change!! The only thing required is sneakers. Yesss.
Spanish: My Spanish teacher is fucking crazy. "When you arle een my class, there ees nothing but you and me. There are no classmates, there's nothing going on een dee hallway." He also said how he loves to give projects, and how if we skip the accent mark (as in 'a' as opposed to 'à') he'll mark the entire problem wrong. I also sit next to Jen Lyons. YAY RITE?!!1
Math: Liz is in my math class :). So are Peter Mosko and Lindsey Cordes :(. Eh, the teacher seems nice.

So it's the last day of summer. I don't even really remember what it's like to be in school at this point. That's pretty stupid, because I was just there less than three months ago. But I guess I'll find out. I'm kind of regretting not going to that orientation thing, I'm gonna be so lost. I really, really hope the high school is going to be better than middle school. Middle school should drive off a cliff. I hope I don't have anyone I hate in my classes. That would suck. Anyway, my last day of summer I'm going to spend at home with my computer and the summer reading book I should finish. Good bye.

Today Alicia and I went to Grasslyn, then to Rena's house. Rachel Mulhern was there too. We watched Darkness Falls, then Rachel left. I think she doesn't like me or something. I'm stealing Rena's little sisters, they're so cute. We hung out there for a bit, then we walked to Hilary's. She called her friend Steve or something, and he said to meet him at the bowling alley. Rena went home before we went though. So we went, and there were all these people I didn't know. Then we went to this kid Stockton's house. It was crazy, haha. Then Alicia, Hilary, and I left, and we walekd to my house and Alicia got her stuff and went to Hilary's. I didn't feel like going with them. So here I am now. I just read the first 98 pages of The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It's good.

I had the weirdest dream last night. Normally I don't post dreams, but this one was really weird.
I was asleep in my bed (it's a bunk bed) and for some reason Emma Russell was in the bottom bunk. I got up, and somehow John from SOAD was there. But I wasn't surprised, so I think he lived with me or something. Then he said "You and your friends are losers" to Emma, who was asleep but somehow heard him. Then he disappeared, and Emma woke up and said "Why the fuck would you say that, you bitch" and I kept telling her how John said it, but she wouldn't believe me. So that was kinda weird.
Then, somehow I'm in this big pool of yogurt, and this women is kicking around in it. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was looking for a body.
Thennn, I was at this place with Hilary, and Katie Zimmerman and her whole little crowd were there. So I sat down with them. Katie gave me all these skin care tips. After that, I walked with Hilary to this other room, and Chris Rock was there. He picked me up and said "Damn girl you need to lose some weight". That dream as pretty crazy.

I just got back from Melissa's surprise party. It was pretty awesome. Hilary was being nice. She's been really nice lately, it's kinda weird. I jumped on the trampoline a lot. It was my first time on a trampoline. Now I want one, but I'm pretty sure it's not gonna happen, seeing as I don't have a yard. I should put one on the roof. I dunno I forget what else happened. We're supposed to all meet at Hilary's house before school on the first day. Yeah, that'll happen. I'll probably still be asleep.

I just watched the Cure on Jimmy Kimmel. Alicia's right, Robert Smith did get kinda... ew, but oh well. First Jimmy Kimmel did an interview with him, and he said something really funny but I forget what it was. Then they played some new song, which was good. Then they were playing an old song I know but the show ended. It was pretty cool. Now I'm watching Oprah, harrdcoree rite?!!?@

Today I went to the mall with Karah. We took the trolley then the bus all by ourselves. We walked around the mall like 50 times, my legs hurt haha. I had to use quarters for everything, since my money was in the closet, which was locked. We walked around making fun of people and being stared at, mostly. Then for the last 20 minutes or so we rode the elevator, which was actually really fun. Then on the ride home, we counted down the days until school. It's only 13 days. I thought it was like, two weeks. 13 days is almost two weeks, but two weeks sounds a lot longer. It's kind of hard to believe. Eh. Anyway, I have my first day of school outfit picked out and everything, cuz I'm a loser.

On Monday I went to Dana's house. We watched Roswell and I put all this music on her computer to make a mix CD for someone, but then she didn't have any blank CDs haha. Crap I forgot to get blank CDs at the mall.. Well anyway, then she came here and slept over. Yesterday we visited Alicia at the corn stand. Her hair is awesome haha. After that we went to the mall. I got a shirt. It's kinda weird, and it has these fishnet string things hanging down from the sleeves, and I'm probably gonna cut them off, cuz they're annoying. Then my mom was like "Let's go to the piercing shop to see what they have." So we went, and the whole time I was insisting how I'm not getting it changed today, I'm waiting till Friday. Well, that didn't work. So the guy changed it. It hurt. He was really nice though. Now I have a barbell, which is good. Then we went back to my house for a bit, and took the bus to Alicia's. We walked to Wendy's and all these people were staring at us. While we were walking home, I saw a mail box. For some reason, I thought of someone pouring a soda into a mailbox. That struck me as hysterical. So I started laughing uncontrollably. I'm laughing right now thinking about it.

Shit.. I was reading Haley Richter's journal and she said she saw Laura Santoleri at CVS. Laura Santoleri moved to like, some rich place far far away. What was she doing in Havertown? I know I'm jumping to conclusions, but what if she's coming back to Haverford next year? I do NOT want to see that fucking cunt ever again. She was like, my one true enemy. She's the only person I've ever known that I'd kill without hesitation. I'll fucking scratch her eyes out if she even says one word to me. Whatever, I'm probably just overreacting, she was probably just there because CVS carries the kind of douche she likes, or something.

I just went to the track and ran a mile. Actually, I walked for some of t, but mostly ran. Yes that's right, Kathryn Rich, the lazy bitch who sits in a chair all day, not only participated in a physical activity, but running for Christ's sake. I'm not sure why, but I was watching the Olympics and it inspired me to go running. Kinda weird. Anyway, I'm thinking I'll go running a few times a week, to get myself back in shape.
Yesterday I stayed up till five in the morning reading my old journal entries. I was cracking up remembering all the stuff I wrote about. It made me a bit more excited for school, because I'll have stuff to write about and look back at again.
